Every Tuesday, Cupcake Jones donates 5% of our sales to a different local non profit organization. This Tuesday, August 18, 2009, our beneficiary is Portland Festival Symphony.

A bit about them from their website:

“This summer, Portland Festival Symphony celebrated its 29th season of presenting free classical music concerts in Portland public parks throughout the city. Comprised of Portland’s finest classical musicians, the symphony is funded solely through the generous support of individuals, local businesses and sponsors. Please consider becoming a supporter today!”

We went to their first concert this summer, held in Washington Park, and it was an incredible night of music, food, and families. Portland Festival Symphony makes symphony music accessible to all.

How can you help?

There are LOTS of ways:

Stop in on Tuesday August 18th and get cupcakes for your office, friends, family, dessert…

Call in an order in advance and pick up and pay on Tuesday.

Call in an order on Tuesday and pay for it that day.

You can pick the order up anytime in the future.

Anything that gets paid for on Tuesday will count toward the donation, regardless of WHEN the cupcakes are picked up.
